The first-time process of bringing your inventory into the STASH system. When your items enter STASH, our team:

Your items are documented and added to your digital STASH inventory, so you can see what you have stored and request specific items when needed. Onboarding is a one-time fee based on the square footage of inventory entering the system.

Your digital STASH inventory gives you a visual record of everything you have stored — the same Stash app you already use for the rest of your home or business.
Storage that adjusts with you
Your monthly storage fee is based on the square footage your inventory occupies.
Example: if 50 sq. ft. is stored and the inventory drops to 30 sq. ft. mid-month, the current month stays billed at 50 sq. ft. and the following month adjusts to 30 sq. ft., subject to your tier minimum.
Insurance requirement
All STASH inventory must be covered by rental/storage insurance for the duration of storage. STASH will provide two external insurance options for your consideration; you may also use another qualified provider that meets STASH's coverage requirements.

For security, insurance, and inventory-control purposes, only authorized STASH team members may access, move, retrieve, or deliver stored belongings. Direct client access to the storage facility is not permitted.
Clients receive a photographic digital inventory through STASH, so you can see what's stored and request specific items without visiting the facility. This policy keeps inventory control consistent and every item accounted for.
