Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and A TURNKEY SOLUTION LLC dba My Stash Online (trading as "Stash"; "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Stash service, including the website at mystash.online and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/UK) to use Stash. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• Notify us immediately at support@mystash.online if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, households, or systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

Stash allows you to invite others to a household where inventory data is shared. You acknowledge that:

• Anything added to a household is visible to all members of that household.
• The household owner can manage members and remove access at any time.
• You should only invite people you trust with the contents of your inventory.
• You are responsible for the conduct of guests you invite.

You retain ownership of the content you add to Stash (property names, items, notes, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, store, transmit, back up, and display your content solely as needed to operate the Service for you and your household members. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service.

We work to keep Stash available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where reasonable, we will provide advance notice of material changes.

Stash offers a free tier and paid plans (currently Multi Stasher and Pro Stasher, billed monthly or yearly) as well as one-time AI credit packs. Current pricing is shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, applicable taxes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms. Our refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the safety and integrity of the Service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that any data will be preserved without loss. Maintain your own backups of important information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stash and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stash and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Stash relies on third-party providers (such as Lovable Cloud and Supabase) and may link to third-party services such as Google Sign-In. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stash is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
