Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with Stash. If you are not satisfied with a paid plan or AI credit pack purchased from A TURNKEY SOLUTION LLC dba My Stash Online ("Stash"), you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase or renewal date, for any reason.

2. How to request a refund

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf.

  • Visit paddle.net, enter the email address you used at checkout, and follow the link Paddle sends you to view your orders and request a refund.
  • Or email us at support@mystash.online with your order number and we will help you initiate the refund.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Banks and card networks typically post the refund within 5–10 business days.

3. Subscription renewals

Subscriptions (Multi Stasher, Pro Stasher) renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. If a renewal charge surprises you, contact us within 30 days of the renewal and we will refund it.

4. AI credit packs

AI credit packs are one-time purchases. You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. If you have already consumed a substantial portion of the credits, we may issue a partial refund proportional to the unused balance.

5. Single Stasher tier

The free tier of Stash has no charges and therefore nothing to refund.

6. Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to (and does not limit) any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including any right of withdrawal available to consumers in the EU/UK.
